We're using social science theories to inspire good designs for online communities. This project is part of CommunityLab, and involves social scientists Bob Kraut, Sara Kiesler and Yuqing Ren from CMU and computer scientists John Riedl, Loren Terveen, Max Harper and Sara Drenner from GroupLens.
